  • Great community support from the Town of Loudon and the local snowmobile club, The Sno Shakers of Canterbury, N.H.
  • Research shows that a significant number of New Hampshire Motor Speedway and NASCAR fans are snowmobilers.
  • Weekend weather forecast: Sunny with temperatures in the high 30’s both days, perfect weather for the events.
  • The New Hampshire Motor Speedway operations crew has worked around the clock to make, move, and groom the 19,300 yards of snow necessary for the Sno Bowl.
  • Mother Nature has put a fresh cap of 8 inches of snow on the courses and demonstration areas.
  • The Rock Maple Racing snocross events will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.  This series features family participation with competitors and crew members from 4 years to 50 plus years of age.  An adaptive race featuring four physically challenged competitors will be run during the weekend.

·        Dane Ferguson, 2009 X Games Gold Medalist, and Sam Rogers, 2008 X Games Silver Medalist, will be headlining the Rave X freestyle demonstrations.  The Rave X sessions are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

·        The daSilva Motorsports Radar Runs are open to anyone with a sled that passes a safety inspection and meets safety guidelines.  A single run will be $5, a three-run pass will be $10.  The radar run course will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

·        The display area for demonstration rides of 2011 Ski-Doo snow machines, industry-related showcases, retail outlets, and concessions will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
