PASS set to return to Seekonk Speedway on August 14.

 

                The Pro All Stars Series will make their second appearance to the birthplace of the Pro Stocks on Saturday, August 14^th for a 150 lap event. This will mark the eighth event on the PASS North schedule.

                Defending race winner Tom Scully Jr. is set to defend his crown against the best of the PASS. Johnny Clark leads the charge of the PASS contingent, as heads the North points championship over Ben Rowe by only 10 points. With several of the Seekonk regulars poised to compete against the touring group, this event may make a difference in the championship chase.

                The 2009 version saw the race dominated by competitors that call the Action Track of the East home. Dave Hutchins led much of the first half of the event. He gave way to Tiverton’s Ray Parent, before he had to pit for fuel just past the halfway point. Just past the halfway point, Johnny Clark led until Scully moved past and dominated the latter portion of the event.

 

                The Late Models, Street Stocks and Sport trucks will all be on the schedule for this event. Qualifying heats start at 6pm. Adult admission if only $20.00, with kids 12 and under FREE. For more information, check us out at Seekonkspeedway.com.
